Appointment Changes or Cancellations
24-Hour Notice: Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty if a minimum of 24 hours' notice is provided.
Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the same day of the appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
No-Shows
Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full price of the service booked.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to accommodate subsequent guests, with the full service fee still applicable.
Group Bookings or Packages
Group bookings or spa packages require 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of the total booking fee.
Refunds
Prepaid services or deposits are non-refundable but may be credited toward future appointments if cancellation occurs within the required notice period.
